Our aim is to provide a support package that works for you and is tailored to your specific needs and HR priorities. We recognise that over time your circumstances may change and we are happy to be flexible and guide you on what is the most cost effective way to provide support to you, rather than tie you into an arrangement which no longer meets your needs.
If you are a new business or only have a few employees, you may find an ad hoc arrangement is all you need. This means that if you need help on an HR issue whether this is a simple telephone call, an e-mail or discussion on a more complex staff issue, you can pick up the phone or e-mail us and we will be happy to help. This is a very flexible service which you can use as and when you need advice on a specific issue and you will only be charged for the time you use.
We are also able to help on-site as needed with any more complex HR issues, for example if you need support with a disciplinary or dismissal meeting or the start of a redundancy process or you would appreciate our help to resolve a long terms sickness issue or flexible working request.
If you need more regular assistance, you can either use our Ad hoc HR support or you may prefer to opt for our HR retainer. For an agreed fixed monthly fee, you can use our services over the telephone, by e-mail or schedule regular on-site visits. We will discuss the level and type of support you need and agree the number of hours to be used as you wish over a 12 month period, starting from a minimum number of two hours per month. We will review the hours and fee on a regular basis to ensure these continue to suit your circumstances.
If you need support with a specific project such as a restructuring or redundancy programme or a recruitment assignment, we would be happy to discuss this with you to understand your needs and help put together a project plan. Such support would usually be agreed on a fixed fee basis.
We ensure there is a regular review of the support we provide so this reflects any changes in your needs over time.
