As part of our review process, we will look at all the documentation you currently have in place to identify gaps and areas where updating is needed to reflect legislative changes. We will also spend time on-site meeting relevant people and gathering information on how your systems, policies and procedures work in practice. We will then produce a detailed report pulling together all our findings and recommended changes along with an action plan and advice on how to implement this.
